The UAE government has helped nearly 500 Golden Visa holders and residents return to the country after they were stranded abroad due to travel disruptions and regional airspace closures.
Authorities worked through UAE embassies and international partners to arrange travel and ensure the safe return of affected residents. The operation was coordinated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs along with other national authorities.
Officials said the initiative reflects the UAE leadership’s commitment to protecting residents and ensuring their safety during difficult situations. Special travel arrangements and coordination with airlines helped bring people back through different entry points in the UAE.
Many of the residents had been unable to return because of flight cancellations, airspace restrictions, and regional tensions that affected normal travel routes.
