Neil Petch and Geoff Rapp founded Virtuzone in 2009, and the firm still presents itself as the first independent company formation specialist in the UAE. More than 250 specialists who speak over 40 languages look after clients, and since 2025 the company has been part of the Ascentium business services group. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
