Basic business listings are free. You may only list a business you own or are authorised to represent.
Listing information must be accurate, lawful and not misleading, and must not infringe anyone else's rights.
We may edit, decline, hide or remove listings that are inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, unlawful, or that breach these Terms, and we may remove listings for businesses that appear to have closed.
Verification badges are shown only when the related check has been completed, and may be removed if information changes, documents expire or verification is found to be incorrect.

4. Paid services

Paid services may include Business Passport digital and physical verification, featured listings and other upgrades. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) at the time of purchase and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal. We do not store full card details.
Verification is a check of the specific information and documents provided at that time. It is not an endorsement, guarantee or certification of the business, its services or its legal compliance.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Reviews and user content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences, must not be abusive, defamatory or discriminatory, and must not contain personal data of others.
Businesses must not post reviews of themselves or competitors, or offer incentives for reviews.
We moderate reviews and may decline or remove content that breaches these rules. We do not accept payment to publish or remove reviews.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Website.

6. Intellectual property

The Website's design, text, calculators and other content are owned by us or our licensors. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy, republish or resell substantial parts of the Website without permission.

7. Third-party services
