About this experience
At The Top on levels 124/125 is the standard ticket and the one most visitors should book. It has an outdoor terrace on 124 — the only observation level where you are genuinely outside — and the view is already 450m up. Almost everything people love about the experience is here.
The Lounge on 152/153/154 is the highest observation deck in the world and includes seated service with refreshments. It is quieter, entirely indoors, and the extra 130m does not transform the view so much as make the city below more abstract. You are largely paying for exclusivity and a seat.
Atmosphere on level 122 is a restaurant, not an observation deck. You book a table, not a ticket, and the minimum spend often works out close to a Lounge ticket — but you get a proper meal or afternoon tea and a window seat for as long as you like. For many people that is better value than a timed 90-minute slot upstairs.
The combination tickets pairing At The Top with lunch or dinner sit between the two and are worth checking against booking each separately.

- Entry is via the lower ground floor of Dubai Mall, and the walk from the car park is long
