Both are seasonal and both close for the summer. Getting the timing right matters more than which ticket you buy.

About this experience
Miracle Garden is a flower park in Dubailand with more than 150 million blooms arranged into arches, sculptures and a full-size floral Airbus A380. Global Village is a much larger seasonal culture and shopping park with pavilions for dozens of countries, street food, and live entertainment.
The single most important thing about both: they are seasonal and closed for much of the summer. Miracle Garden typically runs from around November to May, Global Village from roughly October to April. Exact dates shift each year, so confirm before booking anything around them.
They sit close to each other, which is why combined tours exist and generally make sense. Miracle Garden is best in daylight for the flowers; Global Village comes alive after dark. A combined visit that does the garden late afternoon and the village in the evening works well — the standalone Glow Garden listing is a separate night-time light installation nearer to Zabeel.
