About this experience
Jebel Jais Flight is a 2.83km single span down the UAE's highest mountain and holds the Guinness record for the longest zipline in the world. You fly prone, head-first, in a suit that holds you flat, reaching up to 150km/h before landing on a suspended platform partway down. A second, shorter line completes the descent.
Worth being clear about the location: despite how it is often listed, this is in Ras Al Khaimah, not Dubai — around two hours from Dubai Marina. Build a half day around it. The mountain sits at roughly 1,900m so it runs 8–10°C cooler than the coast, pleasant in winter and merely tolerable in summer.
