Most UAE small business websites need four things: explain what you do, show you are a real licensed company, let people contact you, and load fast on a phone. Everything beyond that is optional, and most builders sell you the optional parts hardest.
What matters
- Mobile-first rendering — the majority of UAE traffic is mobile.
- Arabic and right-to-left support — if you serve a bilingual market, test it before committing.
- Forms that go somewhere useful — ideally into your CRM, not just an inbox.
- Basic SEO control — page titles, meta descriptions, clean URLs, sitemap.
The options
Zoho Sites is the drag-and-drop builder — pages, blog, forms and hosting included. Its advantage is that a form on a page can create a real lead in Zoho CRM rather than sending an email someone forgets to action.
For campaign pages that need to convert rather than inform, Zoho LandingPage handles standalone pages with A/B testing.
Zoho PageSense adds heatmaps and funnel tracking once you have traffic worth analysing — which is usually later than people think.

Honest guidance
A builder suits a brochure site, a small blog and contact forms. If you need complex custom functionality, membership logic or heavy integrations, you will outgrow one — and migrating later costs more than starting on the right footing. Be realistic about which you are before choosing.
